Pizuna Linens Extended Conditional Warranty Terms & Conditions

  1. Marketplaces only provide warranty for 30 days from purchase (i.e. if any manufacturing defects are found in the product, your purchase can be returned free of charge as per the marketplace policy), however Pizuna goes a step further and provides Extended Conditional Warranty even after that for up to 1 year. We are committed to giving our customers the best after-sale service.
  2. To initiate the registration for extended conditional warranty, we would require you to provide us with your name, contact number, e-mail address, and order id for verification.
  3. To register the product for the extended conditional warranty, the verification of your email address and mobile number through the link is mandatory. Unverifiable forms will not get extended conditional warranty.
  4. Pizuna Linens warranties the accompanying products to the original purchaser or user for one year from the date of the original retail sales invoice against manufacturing defects. Things that are not covered by the Extended Conditional Warranty include, but are not limited to:
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Failure to follow washing and care instructions
    • Improper usage
    • Stains, tears, burns, and discolorations that occur over time or that the user may be responsible for
    • Anything purchased from a third party
    As a result, the product or order id cannot be verified.
  5. To avail the extended conditional warranty benefits, it is essential to register your product with necessary information within 30 days of purchase. This information will be reviewed, and if it is not verifiable, the extended conditional warranty will not be applicable.
  6. In order to claim the extended conditional warranty, please ensure that you provide accurate information in the product registration form. The order ID must also be validated against our database. As a result, orders from third-party resellers are not covered.

  1. Notice of a claim under this extended conditional warranty must be given promptly by mail, in no case later than 07 days after the discovery of the defect.
  2. This extended conditional warranty is not valid if the product is ripped or torn as a result of negligent handling.
  3. Any implied warranty is limited to the table above.
  4. In no case will Pizuna be liable for the incidental or consequential damages, whether such damages are claimed on account of the breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence or strict/product liability, including without limitation, damage to property/person other than the product) or economic losses. Damages are limited to extended purchase value of the order in discussion.

  3. Timely Reporting: Any issues or defects must be promptly reported to Pizuna's customer service, allowing for timely assessment and resolution.
  4. Compliance with Extended Conditional Warranty Terms: The owner must adhere to all terms and conditions outlined in the warranty agreement, including any specific requirements or restrictions.
  5. Access for Extended Conditional Warranty-Related Replacements: The owner should provide necessary access to the product enabling Pizuna to carry out warranty-related repairs or replacements efficiently.
  6. Proof of the issue: While applying for the claim, the owner must provide picture evidence as requested by the Pizuna team at the time of extended conditional warranty claim submission.
