Pizuna values customer satisfaction and firmly believes in delivering quality-checked premium products.
We have a 30-day return policy wherein you may return your purchase for a refund or replacement.
The return process is simple and hassle-free, all you need to do is contact us and we will provide you a return label for shipping the product back to our facility.

The following conditions should be satisfied for returning your order.

All returned items must have an order number provided by Pizuna or an authorized marketplace.
You must contact us within 30 days of the purchase.
Sharing barcode and product photos for obtaining a return label.
Providing a photo of the product, courier receipt, and tracking number before returning.
Products that you wish to return should be delivered to our warehouse immediately upon receiving the return label in sellable condition.

I am not happy with the purchase

Please write to us at customercare@pizunalinens.com and we will do our best to ensure we address your concern within 24 hours.

Do I need to keep the packaging boxes?

Yes, it is recommended you keep the packaging boxes, and return the product in the same packaging so it is easier for us to receive it and ensure the product is in sellable condition.

How do I return my product?

You can return the product by emailing us at customercare@pizunalinens.comwe will require the Order ID, photo of the barcode on packaging, and product photo.  

I have returned the product when will I get my money back?

We will refund 100% provided we receive the item back in original packaging and saleable condition.
The refund will take within a week to show in your account.
We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.

How do I get a replacement for my purchase?

You can email us at customercare@pizunalinens.com for replacing your order.
The replacement process will be initiated after we receive the item back, if the item is in original packaging and sellable condition, we send the replacement immediately at your requested address.

Can I change color if I don’t like it?

You can email us at customercare@pizunalinens.com for exchanging your order for a different color.
However, all colors are priced differently, once the difference is settled through online payment and the item is sent to our facility in sellable condition, the replacement process will be initiated.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer in case of a change in the original order.

Can I change the size if it doesn’t fit?

You can email us at customercare@pizunalinens.com for exchanging your order in a different size.
However, all sizes are priced differently, once the difference is settled through online payment and the item is sent to our facility in sellable condition, the replacement process will be initiated.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer in case of a change in the original order.

Payment from my account got deducted; I don’t see my order details?

These kinds of errors rarely happen, but if it happens then please don’t be alarmed - write an email to us and we will assist you within 24 hours of receiving your mail.
Please be assured we will treat your concern as a priority.
We only send an email notification once your order is confirmed; however, if the payment gets deducted from the account and you do not get notified, please contact us at customercare@pizunalinens.com.

How long do I have to wait for my order?

The order is fulfilled by our delivery partner within 5-7 days.

I would like to cancel an order?

We understand that sometimes you will want to cancel the order.
You can cancel the order by sharing your Order ID on customercare@pizunalinens.com

Once the product is shipped, we cannot cancel the order, in this case, you can email us for a return label.
Once the product is returned and received in our facility in sellable condition, we will refund the order.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer for the cancellation of the original order.

I would like to amend my order?

You can share your request on customercare@pizunalinens.com and our customer support will assist you within 24 hours.
Once the product is shipped, we cannot amend the order, in this case, you can email us for a return label.
Once the product is returned and received in our facility in sellable condition, we will refund the order.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer for the cancellation of the original order.  

Are your products 100% cotton?

Yes! We only use 100% Long Staple Cotton.

Are your products hypoallergenic?

Our sheets are OEKO-TEX certified and safe even for sensitive skin.
